드비타의 '아메리칸 고딕'은 영화 '아메리칸 뷰티'에 관한 콘셉트 앨범으로 관계와 관점을 다루고 있습니다. LP 아트워크는 함께 영감을 받은, 동명의 작품 그란트 우드의 '아메리칸 고딕' 그림 속 인물 간의 어긋난 시선을 디자인에 반영하고자 제목의 A와 G, 특수 문자에 이탤릭체를 조합해서 사용했습니다. 가사지는 높게 솟은 고딕 양식의 첨탑을 연상시키도록 수직을 강조해서 디자인했으며, 콘셉트 사진에는 장미로 보이는 나비가 쌓여 있는데 속지에도 장미 속에 나비를 숨겨 배치했습니다.

DeVita's 'American Gothic', a conceptual album about the movie 'American Beauty', explores themes of relationship and perspectives. The LP artwork embodies features font pairings ― with italic letters, such as in title's A and G, as well as text symbols ― to apply the divergent gazes between characters in also inspired by Grant Wood's painting 'American Gothic' of the same name. The booklet is designed with vertically stacked typography reminds a gothic spire. In the concept photo butterflies are layered to resemble roses, and similarly, the inner sleeve is layered butterflies in roses.
