영산회상은 대규모 모음곡 형식의 악곡으로, 주로 가야금, 거문고, 단소, 대금, 세피리, 장구, 해금의 세악합주 형태로 편성됩니다. 유홍의 대금 정악 영산회상은 한국 전통음악의 대표적 풍류 음악이자 전승되는 세종류의 현행 영산회상 가운데 본곡인 영산회상을 대금 독주로 담았습니다.

음반 아트워크는 소리의 파장을 결정하는 8개의 지공 뒤로 불어오는 바람과 바람에 부서지는 파도를 느낄 수 있도록 디자인했습니다.

Yeongsanhoesang is a large-scale suite, When played by an ensemble, the ensemble is organized in the form of Seakhapju consisting of gayageum, geomungo, danso, daegeum, sepiri, janggu, haegeum. This record contains Yeongsanhoesang, the representative poetic music of the Korean traditional music and the main piece of the currently available Yeongsanhoesang set, played by YOO Hong as his daegeum solo.
