chaae’ Brand Identity 


‘chaae’ hopes that we, who love our work, can live well without being swept away by the rapid pace of the work. Rather than simply excelling at our jobs, ‘chaae’ encourages people to embrace a lifestyle where they actively take care of themselves and work with balance and happiness. ‘chaae’ offers items that support the body, mind and thinking for those who manage their lives proactively while working. For this brand, we developed its brand identity and designed the energy kit and relief kit.


The logo represents a gentle yet resilient inner self, embodying individuals who take care of themselves even in the midst of a busy life. With this in mind, generous letter-spacing was applied, and a combination of serif and san-serif typefaces was used to create a sense of balance. The symbol was designed with a door motif to freely move across the boundary between work and rest. The kit reflects the brand’s core values—work-life blending, gentle ardor, calm immersion, awakening the senses, and focusing on the present moment. Based on these keywords, a minimal pattern harmonizing straight and curved lines was designed using neutral tones.

차에는 자신의 일을 사랑하는 사람들이 일에 휩쓸리지 않고, 스스로를 잘 챙기며 행복하게 일하는 라이프를 제안하는 브랜드입니다. 단순히 일을 잘 해내는 게 아니라, 자신의 삶을 적극적으로 관리하며 일할 수 있도록 BODY MIND THINK를 챙기는 아이템을 선보이는 차에를 위해, 데프스튜는 브랜드 아이덴티티 개발과 에너지 키트, 릴리프 키트 디자인 작업을 진행했습니다.


로고는 바쁜 일상 속에서도 스스로를 잘 돌볼 수 있는 사람들의 부드러우면서도 단단한 내면을 표현했습니다. 이를 위해 자간에 여유를 주고, 세리프와 산세리프 서체를 혼용하여 균형감을 주었습니다. 또한, 일과 휴식의 경계를 자유롭게 넘나들 수 있도록 ‘문’을 모티브로 심볼을 디자인했습니다. 키트는 브랜드의 핵심 가치인 ‘일과 삶의 조화’, ‘은은한 열정’, ‘고요한 몰입’, ‘감각을 깨우는’, ‘순간에 집중하는’이라는 키워드를 아래, 뉴트럴한 톤을 활용해 직선과 곡선이 어우러진 부드러운 패턴을 미니멀하게 디자인했습니다.
